For any disputes regarding this contract, only courts in Germany shall apply, as agreed, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Frankfurt, Germany for this purpose.

Any failure by GHI to insist or enforce the strict enforcement of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies and regulations at any time. With an online booking for telemedical advice, medical consultation on site or participation in a webinar you enter into a binding contract.

You have the right to cancel your booking for telemedical advice, on-site consultation or participation in a webinar event within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of booking.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform GENOS HEALTH INSTITUTE, Schillerstrasse 31, 60313 Frankfurt by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email welcome@genos-health-institute.com ) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

 

If you revoke this contract, we have to reimburse you the payment that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was given to you (if an advance payment for a webinar has already taken place) received us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
