EFFICIENT ADVICE

Parents need a workable contact point who is familiar with the problem and offers efficient help.

Our advice for parents is therefore the first step in getting a comprehensive picture of the possibilities

and to clarify important questions in advance.

The first consultation is crucial for you and your child so that you know exactly what options you have as part of a personalized therapy. We listen very carefully to the first conversation and ask crucial, specific questions that serve to grasp a large part of the details from the illness , but also from the background of the temporal processes and from your everyday family life. This enables us to get an initial, but already extensive, overview of what the possibilities of personalized treatment can be derived from. Of course, previous previous diagnoses and medical data are also taken into account.

We explain the relationships, processes, mode of action, integration in everyday life, costs and reimbursement options through private health insurances.

We answer all further questions such as:

  1. At what age can GENOS therapy be used?

  2. What types of conditions can be treated?

  3. How can the therapy be integrated into everyday life?

  4. What successes can be expected?

  5. How did the therapy work on other children?

  6. Our child is already in another therapy? Is this compatible with the GENOS therapy?

  7. What happens to the drugs that have been prescribed and to be taken from the previous therapy? Are these passed on?

How can you benefit most from the conversation?

  1. Traveling with a child is exhausting, costly and energy-consuming. Most parents of chronically ill children usually have traveled extensively for medical consultations or treatment.

  2. Stay at home and save yourself the travel and stress.

  3. The consultation is possible as a telemedicine consultation at any time from the comfort of your home.

  4. Send us your request by email. You will then receive your desired date together with the documents to be filled out. Please send this back to us by email before the appointment. We also need all information (if available) from previous examinations.

  5. Prepare for the interview with your questions and make sure you have a working internet connection with Skype or Zoom.

We look forward to helping your family and you.
