For international long-distance patients as well as for patients who cannot travel to the GENOS HEALTH INSTITUTE Frankfurt / Germany for health or other reasons, there is the possibility of telemedical consulting or consultation. Telemedicine consulting means exchanging ideas with our team via screen. You only need the medium Skype or Zoom and you can contact our practice with your stored address. The telemedical consultation is very efficient and saves time .
We ask you to book an appointment with us in advance. After confirmation of this appointment, you will receive our registration form by email , which you should fill out to us together with all the other documents required for this appointment
(e.g. current blood values, medical records, MRI, etc.). All data is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the current data protection guidelines. To make this appointment as efficient as possible for you, we recommend that you prepare all the important questions for you in advance.
Telemedicine appointments cannot, of course, completely replace a visit to the practice. Rather, these appointments help you to get a picture of the state of health and the current situation in a time-saving manner and without having to go far. A subsequent, deeper cause diagnosis can then be started. Important questions can be clarified, quick help can be offered and supportive measures can be taken.
