How does pain arise?
Pain generally arises from the transfer of certain molecules (messenger substances) to receptors that are located on the cell surface. So-called pain sensors react and forward the information to the central nervous system .
The brain itself has no pain sensors, it is not sensitive to pain. The pain arises in the meninges, the layers of connective tissue that surround the brain. More precisely, it is the place where the pain arises , the so-called trigeminovascular system. These are the branches or ends of the trigeminal nerve equipped with pain receptors in the walls of the blood vessels that run through the meninges. The trigeminal nerve and the vagus nerve are therefore of central importance
The brain, especially the hypothalamus and the pituitary gland, are the most sensitive main trigger of the cause in almost all diseases. Regardless of the other contributory cause of your headaches or migraines, the central main point in the brain is the decisive regulatory point.
The trigeminal nerve is subordinate to the hypothalamus and, due to its thickness, is the strongest nerve in the head region and at the same time the most sensitive . The vagus nerve in combination with the trigeminal nerve is the central control point in the development of headaches and migraines. Both nerves complement each other and react extremely to emotions, hormones, stress, diet, environmental influences (noise, light, gases), and above all for toxins such as heavy metals, degradation products or other chemical substances.
Many complex processes in the body can be regulated by a specific key molecule.
